Narcissistic Abuse Support Group

Step 1. Healing-

This is a time where you take a step back and educate yourself on narcissistic abuse. If you are a victim, work with a therapist. Take the time to grieve, run into walls of denial, and then get onto the roller coaster of emotions. (Anger, Fear, Pain, Sadness, Judgement, Rage, ect)

When I first built this Support Group- My main mission was to use it as a place to find resources, education and other information about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. I built it around the main topics I had to process in order to understand both Narcissism and the Abuse and Trauma I faced.

I wish these resources had been easier to find, and I had people to discuss them with along my journey to understanding, grief and acceptance.

My hope is that you are able to see this as a safe space to come, learn, educate yourself and have helpful resources to continue to move forward on your own journey towards healing.

A place where you can let yourself be seen and heard.

A place where you can come and find community.

A place where you can share your story.

A place where you can share your truth.

A place where you can leave your isolation and know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

A place where you can be vulnerable and let your guard down.

A place where you can find friends and people to hold you accountable on your journey towards Recovery.

Sessions are 1 hour long. I provide professional resources on the topics covered and we stay as close to the discussion topic as possible. Space is limited due to the intimate nature of these groups. You are welcome to participate and not share. Everyone will not be able to share during every group. However the take aways that you get from hearing others stories are often times the most valuable part of these groups. If you would like to speak about something specific or a specific situation, please write in the comments section of the registration form.

** Seeing a Regular Therapist during this part in your healing journey is essential to unpacking what comes up in these groups. I am a coach and not a therapist. I am leading these groups as a survivor and helping to educate others on the effects of Narcissistic Abuse and Dealing with people who have Narcissistic behaviors/traits
